Recommended Use:

Take 2 capsules taken 3 times per day with food or as required.
Start on a low dose of only 3 caps per day for the first 3 to 4 days.
Not to be taken during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Not suitable in cases of ulcerated conditions of the stomach or colon.
Can be taken continuously for up to 3 months, with a 3 month break between courses
