Placing An Order:

Once you have decided which items you wish to order, select the Qty required and click the Buy button. The item is then added to the shopping cart. Do the same for each product you wish to purchase. When you have finished shopping select proceed to checkout and follow the page instructions.

Your Guarantee:

The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to first time purchases of a product. We are not obligated to offer guarantees or extended refunds - we offer them as a goodwill gesture to customers.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply return the unused (or used) tub to us within 30 days from the date you received the goods.

Customs and Duty:
Please note that all shipments to USA and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and are not able to advise you on them.

Dispatch Of Orders:

• We dispatch Credit Card Orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order
  It then takes a few more days to reach you in the UK.
  If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel.
• Postal Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt.
• Cheque Orders (UK only) are dispatched after they have cleared, this is normally after 7 working days.
• All orders are posted in DISCREET PACKAGES - there is no advertising materials on the parcel you receive from us.

If orders are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, the postage costs to re-send the item must be paid to us before we can again dispatch the order.
We dispatch most orders via Recorded Delivery within the UK and these require a signature upon delivery.

Cancellations & Returns:

We are proud of the quality of our goods and as such, if you find that your goods arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, return the unopened goods to us and we will process a full refund for the returned part.

In compliance with 'Distance Selling Regulations', the customer can cancel their order within 7 days (starting the day after the goods are received).
You must notify us in in writing (which includes email, fax & letter) if you wish to cancel your order. The customer is responsible for payment of the returned goods. When returning goods, we recommend that you send them back to us by recorded delivery for your own security as we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for goods being returned to us that get lost in the post.
Make sure you supply us with your name, address, contact number & or order number.
